1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

• Your name and email address (required to deliver your report)
• Business information: name, website, sector, location, team size, revenue band
• Operational data: tools used, bottlenecks, goals (all provided voluntarily)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details)
• Basic usage analytics (page views, referrer source)

3. How we use your data

• To generate and deliver your personalised AI diagnostic report and AI action plan
• To send follow-up communications you have explicitly consented to (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email)
• To improve our diagnostic model (aggregated, anonymised data only)
• To process payments for premium services
• To comply with UK tax and legal obligations

4. Legal basis

We process your data under your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) and where necessary to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)). You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for 24 months from last activity unless you request deletion earlier. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@apexindex.co.uk.

6. Third-party processors

• Supabase (database hosting, EU region)
• Stripe (payment processing, PCI-DSS compliant)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Anthropic Claude (AI analysis for report generation — data is not used for training)
• Notion (internal CRM — lead data, with your consent)
• OpenAI (report generation — data is not used for training)

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. You also have the right to object to processing. Contact privacy@apexindex.co.uk to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary session cookies only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
